Sanjaya Malakar was finally voted off American Idol tonight.

But he certainly didn’t lose.


Sanjaya has made his mark on pop culture history. With the crazy hairstyles, the soft spoken voice, and the hot sister. ‘Sanjaya’ became a household name in 2007. And the Ponyhawk, a new hairstyle.

Sanjaya was the inspiration for a slew of new websites, he was talked about on every major media outlet in the nation, and he made the girls cry.

Now that the door to American Idol has closed, I have a feeling many other doors will open for the kid. But not necessarily in the music industry..heh.
