“30 Rock” star Tracy Morgan was ordered to wear an ankle bracelet in order to ensure the comedian doesn’t drink after receiving a DUI .
A Los Angeles judge ordered Morgan to wear an ankle bracelet that tests for alcohol vapors that come from the skin, according to the entertainment Web site TMZ.com.
The testing will last 90 days and if it shows Morgan has drank alcoholic beverages, he’ll have to wear the bracelet another 90 days. A second failure to stay sober will land him in jail for 30 days.
He’s due back in court May 25 to be fitted for the ankle device.

This device is a flagrant disregard for human rights! Fine, attach something to their vehicles so they can’t drive but fuck! Depriving someone of a glass of wine or even mouthwash!! That totally sucks, I’m glad we don’t have that law.
