I AGREE!!! I was at Target on Saturday and overheard a little girl (no more than 6) singing something about “the booty”. I think it’s this “Kidz Bop” CD where they take VERY adult songs and have kids sing it?!?!? Like freakin’ Irreplacable by Beyonce - how could that be a kids song!!!!! American Society can be SO idiotic!
It doesn’t just stop with the music. It’s the clothes that parents buy for their little girls thinking that dressing them like a mini hoochie at the age of five is cute.
Good parenting shouldn’t be just an option. If people can’t set boundaries for their kids, then they shouldn’t be parents. That’s my opinion, and I’m stuck with it.
