Frankie Abernathy from MTV’s Real World San Diego has died at the age of 25.
Frankie had Cystic Fibrosis, Mucoviscidosis. She was born on July 5th, 1981 and raised in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Bunim-Murray Productions and MTV have no comment at this time.

i hate that she passed away. Love her on the real world with all her drama. She is in a better place now.
