Only one year after it’s grand opening, the club in Jacksonville, Florida that was named after Paris Hilton is changing it’s name.

‘Club Paris’ is changing it’s name to ‘Dior’. 

Club Paris is having a Grand Closing party with merchandise on it’s website selling for 50% off.

Fred Khalilian, the owner of Club Paris in Orlando and Jacksonville, fired Paris Hilton as the club’s spokesperson in January after the heiress failed to show up four times a year as stated in her contract.

Khalilian told E!, "The reality is, I couldn’t take it anymore. I don’t want a bait and switch."

The Grand Closing party will take place the week leading up to it’s August 12th closing date.
