Joan Collins would do almost anything to land a role on Desperate Housewives.

Collins, 74, says, "Desperate Housewives is one of the best things ever to hit television. I’d jump at a television series. And, if the lighting cameraman said to me, ‘Joan, I’ve tried everything, I simply can’t make you look good anymore,’ maybe that’s the time I’d consider a little cosmetic help."

Collins lost out on playing Teri Hatcher’s mother to Lesley Ann Warren in 2005.
