TMZ has obtained the 911 tape describing what went down with the Lindsay Lohan incident.
The woman who made the call was hysterical, telling the 911 operator that a white GMC was following her. She says a man in a white GMC truck was following her in a threatening manner.

Gee, it sounds as though the person who made the phone call was a little high..ya think?
Maybe the guy in the white GMC was Lohan’s drug dealer coming for that $30,000 he’s owed.
