Finally after months of speculation Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are confirming her pregnancy.
Richie tells Diane Sawyer in an interview,
“Yes I am. We are. I’m almost four months.”
The segment will air on Good Morning America Thursday and on 20/20 Friday.
Richie also opens up about her DUI and paying the price for what she did.
“I have a responsibility and it’s something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would. And unfortunately I can’t, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult.”
Wow, is that refreshing. Accepting responsibility for your actions. What a concept.
I, for one, appreciate what Nicole said about apologizing to those who have lost a loved one from drunk driving. I lost my little brother and best friend to drunk driving. Maybe that’s why I get so disgusted by Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. They seemed so blase about what they did and never seemed sorry until it was time to pay the piper. And that’s not remorse. That’s having remorse for being caught.
Jesus, jesus, jesus, please look at those arms? How, inthe name, is it possible a healthy little human being grows inside that skinny creature? She can’t keep herself healthy so how , the hell, must she give life to another human being? This is a real serious crime and those immature actions must be STOPPED!!
I’m sorry but I’m not willing to give her that much of the benefit of the doubt just yet and I think that (at least from comments I’m reading all over the net) a lot of the general public are just too gulliable.
She is seeing what’s happening with Paris and Lindsay, Britney, etc. and is taking a different public route but that doesn’t mean she’s any better as a person. I guess if a celeb just puts on a show for the public, they’ll be believed. It’s obvious she was prepped like crazy for this interview and was directed on what NOT to say and how to present herself. She has management (which boggles my mind) paid to keep her looking palatable.
