Kirsten Dunst loves to party.
She is really whooping it up while temporarily living in a $4 million dollar home in Islington, North London (she’s filming “How To Lose Friends & Alienate People”) and her neighbors are hating it.
According to residents in the area, Dunst loves to spend time in the pubs getting to know the locals. At closing time she then invites everyone back to her place for a little after hours partying. Of course everyone follows her back and the party continues. Which wouldn’t be such a bad thing except that the noise levels are outrageous.
Her neighbors are starting a petition to get her to quiet down.

“Kirsten isn’t very popular in Islington at the moment. The locals are incensed that she’s changing the tone of the area. She’s started spending nights in the local pub by herself chatting to the locals.
When closing time comes she invites them all round to her house to continue the party. But it seems the noise levels and people coming and going at all hours is getting to her neighbors.
They’ve had enough and apparently three families have written a petition to the council in the hope they’ll take some action. Where they live used to be a peaceful neighborhood but now they think it is like party central.”

I have been living int the UK for six months and so far we have been warned 4-5 times about having conversations in the bedroom or flushing toilet the after 11 p.m. (!!!) This is despite the woman upstairs (who is of average size) has been trained to walk like a herd or Elephant above our heads.
I think it really just comes down to the area you live in and how pissy the trouble makers can be. We are no where near loud but we are the youngest in the surrounding flats by thirty to fourty years making us out to be vandals and punks. Perhaps if she wants to be loud that often she should avoid trouble for a few months and find a pace she can rock out whenever she wants.
