This is despite the woman upstairs (who is of average size) has been trained to walk like a herd or Elephant above our heads. I think it really just comes down to the area you live in and how pissy the trouble makers can be. We are no where near loud but we are the youngest in the surrounding flats by thirty to fourty years making us out to be vandals and punks. Perhaps if she wants to be loud that often she should avoid trouble for a few months and find a pace she can rock out whenever she wants.
