According to the photographers who were involved in the Las Vegas struggle with Britney Spears and her bodyguard, Britney Spears assaulted them.
According to a statement made by the paps, Spears threw a baby bottle and threatened two photographers after they took pictures of her and her son as they left a spa.
They say she screamed, “I am going to f***ing kill you!” and swore at Andrew Deetz, the photographer who was later struck by her bodyguard.
Deetz, 24, is going to sue, his lawyers said. The other photographer involved was Kyle Henderson, 23. Both photographers are employed by Flynet Pictures.
As the paps story goes, Spears’ bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, 37, pushed Henderson against a wall until security showed up and asked Henderson to leave. The photographers were on their way out and headed in the opposite direction. That’s when they say Camera attacked Deetz from behind, manhandling him to the ground and beating on him. Wynn hotel security had to intervene once again.
After the attack they say Spears charged Henderson but that security got to her before she could attack him. While she was being restrained she hurled a baby bottle at him.
Then, right in front of everyone watching with their jaws dropped, Spears threatened Deetz saying that he had better get a restraining order against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone to do it for her.
