Nicole Richie and her lawyer have found a loophole that may have Nicole walking in and then immediately out of jail when it comes time to serve her sentence.

Instead of opting for the ‘private jail’ which is much more posh, Richie has chosen to do time where Paris Hilton did, at Lynnwood.

The benefit to that is due to the overcrowding problem Nicole might just be turned away immediately or possibly sent home early for good  behavior.   If she chose the private jail she would have to serve her entire sentence.

Come on Nicole, if Paris can do 23 days you can certainly do 4 measly days!  So much for her owning up to what she did and paying the consequences like she was tooting her horn about.
