Chris Noth, 52, has signed on to play the incredibly sexy Mr. Big in the film version of Sex and the City. Thank goodness because who else could play the role and what would the movie be without him?
Noth says that it’s going to take a little work to fill Big’s shoes once again. “I’ve got to go to the gym to do that part again,” he said.
The entire original cast is set to start filming sometime next month.
The show ended with Carrie dumping her Russian boyfriend, Big told her she was the one for him, we learned Big’s name was John, Miranda and Steve got married and Charlotte and Harry adopted a child from China. It will be interesting to see where they go from there.

YES!!!!! I am so ready for more SEX!! I was so sad when the final season ended of Sex and the City. I had become quite attached to all of the characters and always looked forward to the next hilarious, catty, slutty season. But all good things must come to an end right. Well I can’t wait for the movie and it would have been nothing without Mr. Big!! If I could choose to be spanked by an older man it would be Chris Noth. There is just something incredibly sexy about him. I’m counting the days!!
I cannot WAIT for this movie!
