Alli Sims, was served with a subpoena while leaving a party at 2:30am recently.
Kevin Federline’s attorney is asking Sims to testify regarding Britney’s parenting skills. Federline has recently filed for full custody of the couple’s children.
A source told People magazine, “Alli was really shocked and covered her face. [She was] really distraught and said ‘Oh my God.’ ”
They say Britney was also at the party when Alli was served but she didn’t see it happen.
