Lily Allen obviously had a great time at London’s Notting Hill Carnival on Monday.

The pudgy grump was found sleeping on the side of the road after drinking booze and smoking a fat ass joint.

A source told The Sun, “She was just asleep on the ground - it didn’t look good. People were crowding round, taking pictures of her until some staff from a nearby restaurant rescued her.”
