Britney Spears has been cleared of any child abuse claims.

Spears’ attorney Laura Wassler was present at the court hearing yesterday along with Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline.

After the hearing Wassler said,

“It does not appear the county will pursue any action at this time. I don’t know who made the complaints, but I am trying to find out.”

Neither Wassler or Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan would say what had been negotiated at the hearing, but both seemed pleased with the outcome.

There will be three more hearings in September, November and December, and there may be others.

Let’s hope the kids lives are are untouched by all this crazy drama. Unfortunately, that’s probably not the case. Kids pick up on this sort of thing. It’s a sad situation really. Little Sean and Jayden will most likely end up like Jason and Brandon Davis. Ya think?
