The guys name is Chris Crocker and he is a YouTube-a-holic. If you browse though some of his other vids you’ll see that he is, indeed, a huge Britney Spears fan.
Chris is claiming that his tears were real, and that he is not acting.

This guy is WACKO! As others have said, his previous postings are so insipid and stupid it proves he simply loves to be able to look and listen to himself. If he thinks anyone takes him seriously he’s wrong.
Also, as per his previous video postings – THIS GUY NEEDS TO GET A LIFE AND GET OVER HIMSELF. Pure and simple – he’s a narcissist and obviously has no life, no friends, no stability and no prospects for anything worthwhile in the near future.
