Hollywood hairstylist Ken Paves refused to primp Britney Spears‘ hair for Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.
Spears had contacted Paves asking him to do her hair for her ‘big comeback’ and Paves initially agreed. He even flew to Las Vegas to meet with Spears but backed out last minute causing her to scramble for another hairdresser. She found one, but then fired her after a backstage spat.
Maybe that’s why her hair sucked so bad. But why the hell did she wait until the last minute anyhow?
Paves says about the incident, “I made the professional decision not to do her hair.”
I never knew Ken Paves was so wise and cautious.. bravo Ken.
I’m glad to see that there are people who really are professionals and have personal integrity when it comes to dealing with the ridiculous demands and, in this case, these celebu-tards who think they can snap their fingers after their career has gone down the toilet and people will jump to take care of them.
