Judge Scott Gordon, presiding over the Britney Spears/ Kevin Federline custody battle, has ruled that Britney must be drug tested twice a week in order to keep her children.

“Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by her.”

KFed wasn’t let off the hook either. Both he and Spears were told not to drink or do drugs at least 12 hours before caring for the boys. They must also attend counseling and refrain from talking negatively about the other in front of the children.

Britney must also meet with a ‘parenting coach’ who will observe her parenting skills twice a week for four hour sessions.

At the moment the custody remains 50/50 with Federline still seeking full custody.
