I believe he is saying that his kids should go out into the world and make a life for themselves. WHEN they inherit, it would just be enough to cover living expenses. Considering he could live another 25-30 years, they will come into their inheritance AFTER they learn to take care of themselves. Hopefully it would work like that. Gene Simmons is NOT a moron!
