Nicole Richie Enters Anti-Drinking Program

Nicole Richie, has enrolled for the SB 38 Alcohol Program, an 18-month anti-drinking driver course.

SB 38 is for those who have been convicted of two or more DUI’s in 7-years.

Nicole will have 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly face-to-face interviews and 12 hours of alcohol education. She will also be encouraged to attend 12-step meetings.

Richie, who is 6-months pregnant was arrested last December after entering the freeway the wrong way. She had admitted to police that she had taken Vicodin and some some reefer before her arrest.

She claims she doesn’t drink, smoke or snort anymore.
