Egad! I am hating the new blonde hairdo!
I barely recognized Rumer Willis when I first saw the pics. It reminds me of when Madonna went platinum for the first time and kept her big ass caterpillar black eyebrows.

It is horrible. Someone should have tinted her brows. Yuck! Washes her out, too.
Ew. It completely washes her out and looks disgusting. It looks as if she did it by herself at home. I can’t imagine a decent salon giving her that color and awful texture. It also brings out every little mole and freckle on her face.

Bleach jobs like this make me wonder what the hell the bitch is thinking. Is she colorblind? Between her and Lindsay Lohan, I’m thinking they want their hair the color of their drugs.
