Britney Spears hit the party scene last night wearing a white cotton minidress with a pirate belt…oh, and baby blue panties.

I swear that pirate belt is one of those cheap vinyl throwaway belts that come with Halloween costumes. Britney is probably going to be a pirate whore this year and just couldn’t wait to wear part of her costume.

The dress itself is darling but then she had to go and wear those baby sh*t colored boots again..

And this is like, what, panty flash #18 for Brit? Yawn…just another day, bitches.
