The police report regarding Nick Bollea’s August car accident (that left his best friend comatose) was released today.
From TampaBay.com:
The report provides few new details, although it does say the results of a drug and alcohol test are pending. The crash caused $500 in property damage to city shrubs and $50,000 to the totaled Supra, (left) which is owned by Terry Bollea, also known as Hulk Hogan.
According to the report, the roads were wet at the time of the accident and the driver “disregarded other traffic control.”
I’ll keep you posted on any updates.

Too bad Nick’s parents were too busy with other shit than bringing him up right and teaching him proper values. He IS a product of his environment.

If Nick is NOT charged with street racing (which significantly elevates the severity of penalties) and is only charged with disregarding traffic signals and speeding, he’ll get off light. In the Civil case, Nicks experts will #1 prove he wasn’t racing and #2 that the severity of injuries to John were do to the fact he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt as required by Florida law. They will say Nick’s behavior was responsible for about 25% of Johns injuries and that John was responsible for 75% of his injuries for not wearing a seat belt. Lets not forget Nick walked away from the accident with a broken wrist and was released the same day as the accident. Nick was wearing a belt.
