Linda Stein, 62, was murdered in her New York home this week. Her body was discovered Tuesday night.

Stein managed the iconic punk rock band The Ramones during their prime.

Stein was murdered in the kitchen of her Manhattan apartment. She died due to a blunt force to the head and neck but there were no signs of forced entry. A homicide investigation is underway.

Stein was later known as a real estate agent to the stars, and worked with Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Sting and Billy Joel.

Stein battled breast cancer twice in her life, beating it both times. She helped raise millions of dollars for breast cancer research.

She is survived by her two daughters, Mandy and Samantha.
