Nick sure doesn’t look very remorseful. Funny how he was so quick to get back into his “career in racing”……. Very arrogant that he should blame his victim for “not wearing a seatbelt”. He needs to take responsibility for his wreckless, dangerous and idiotic behavior that left his friend dead, but breathing. Street racing caused this tragedy, yet Nick is so eager to start racing again. I wonder who his next passenger (victim) will be when he races his Dads next car down the street after hes had a few drinks.

OTHER TEEN AGED KIDS HAVE BEEN CHARGED AS ADULTS FOR MUCH LESS THAN THIS SPOILED ROTTEN LITTLE BASTARD WHO WAS ILLEGALLY STREET RACING AND EFFECTIVELY KILLED HIS FRIENDS’ BRAIN!!!! HE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT THAT MOMMY AND DADDY CANNOT BUY HIS WAY OUT OF THIS AND HE MUST PAY FOR WHAT HE DID TO HIS FRIEND!!!!!
