Amy Winehouse is supposedly completely distraught after her husband’s arrest, and Pete Doherty is there to support her.
Doherty accompanied Winehouse to court where Blake Fielder-Civil’s bail was denied and he was remanded in custody until Friday, accused of perverting justice. Blake has never spent time in jail.
Amy was devastated as Blake was taken away. She told her mother-in-law, Georgette Civil, afterward, “I want Blake home. I love him and I can’t live without him.”
She blew her husband kisses and repeatedly mouthed “I love you” when he turned to look at her. Junkie love at it’s best.
Doherty left as soon as the case was over. Amy, obviously upset, left through a back door and did not speak with media.
Georgette says that Amy is in shambles and is crying constantly. She adds,
“Amy said she was devastated. She is so upset and keeps saying she can’t be without Blake. We are absolutely gutted.
We thought that Blake would be granted bail. We appealed to the court for that on condition that he stayed with his family in Nottinghamshire. Amy was happy with that arrangement and was prepared to float back and forth.”
Blake is one of five men arrested on suspicion of perverting justice in relation to a court case. He allegedly conspired with a witness in the case, and faces assault charges. A judge will decide tomorrow if the assault case will go ahead.
