Person Seriously Injured During Britney Spears Chase

That Other Blog first reported an accident involving paparazzi chasing Britney Spears last night. TMZ has since confirmed the news that a ‘spotter’ (person who notifies paps of celebs locations) on a motorcycle was hit by a paparazzi’s car and has been seriously injured while chasing Britney.

The accident happened around 5:00 PM. Several cars were chasing Britney when the photographer hit the spotter throwing him off his motorcycle and onto the road. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
