I stayed in so I can see wtf Brad had to say for himself last night. As a female, we’re all offended by his nonsense. It almost feels personal when a man can behave like such an ass and we’re forced to accept it. You’re not always able to hear why some people choose to break off a relationship, and, last night viewers thought they’d be given that opportunity. Not so much, or more like, not at all.
First of all, Brad Womack is an inarticulate mutherfucker. He’s no longer “hot,” he is beyond fugly at this point. When someone who can’t put a sentence together without injecting “look you in the eye” into it somehow, you got problems.
Next, claiming that you didn’t want to commit and proclaiming that you “have issues” is no excuse. That’s something you should have thought about before you auditioned, and if you “have issues” you don’t have to go to extremes to lead these poor women on.
It was obvious the host was completely disgusted with Brad. It was great when he asked him, “Don’t you think that makes you look like a jerk?!” or something along those lines. It was so clever. It was the host’s way of calling him a jerk indirectly. Nice.
The host also kept asking Jenni if she lost respect for Brad. Nice again. That was also his way of calling him a a-hole without spelling it out.
Brad also repeatedly said, “I care so much about you” to both girls. He has a creative way of showing it! He also wanted to paint the picture that he’s a great, innocent guy and what he did was actually commendable, saying, “I showed both of you the utmost respect by walking away.” Um, hmm… yeah!
I was literally screaming at the television. I wanted to jump in the tube and slap Brad. The last straw for me was when he hugged DeAnna as she walked off and told her, “I’ll miss you more than you’ll ever know” to which she replied, “Please don’t say that to me right now.”
The host announced that Brad made ABC fly DeAnna’s dad out for the proposal. Brad was going to propose to DeAnna, so what went wrong? He’s a dumb motherfucker and he doesn’t know a good thing when he sees one even if she’s sitting next to him, crying on a couch.
Throughout her appearance, DeAnna cried and begged for another chance, saying she was hoping Brad would change his mind on the show last night. It’s confusing. DeAnna is so gorgeous and Brad’s not worthy of her or any other girl who doesn’t just want to drop her panties but seeks a longterm commitment.
ABC brought out their 2 success story couples, Ryan and Trista and Mary and Chris (forgot his name) during the beginning and ending of the show. They were so desperate to prove to viewers that The Bachelor isn’t trash. Too bad it is, and too bad so many women have had to get dumped on television. Breakups are hard enough.
Down with Brad! I don’t want to see him do any press again ever. Next yo!

I think I may be the only one who actually thinks he was right to turn both of them down if he knew deep in his heart that it wouldn’t work out with them…at least he didn’t just propose to one of them just for the sake of TV, like the other Bachelors did, to only end up breaking up with the girl after the show anyway…
Why should someone be forced into a relationship with someone just to appease the audience??
It was also entertaining to see DeAnna try to talk him into loving her…WTF is up with that?!?
Oh yeah, I had forgotten that this is what most women do when they are desperate to settle down and have decided (whether the guy likes it or not) that they are meant to be with a guy who has already told them he doesn’t love them…
That’s right…it’s diluted America…
haaa
He didn’t have to pick either of the women, but he didn’t have to lead them on, pick out a ring and have ABC fly DeAnna’s Dad out either.
While you’re figuring out if it’s there or not, just don’t lead people on. Simple.
Diluted? YES!
I think he felt pressured into picking someone to propose to, then when it came down to it, he obviously realized he couldn’t do it!
‘Diluted’ is dumb america who seems to rather have people appease audiences than go with their own personal choices..
Brad didn’t have to propose and he wants to look us “in the eye” and tell us that. He could have said he wanted to see where things would go like other Bachelors have in the past.
Brad knew what he was signing up for with The Bachelor. It’s like he didn’t comprehend what was going on until he was on the podium. He’s a dumbfuck. It takes time to fall in love sometimes, I don’t understand how anyone does it with the competition and the cameras. He’s unwilling to give these girls a chance. He would find out on his own soon enough if it could work. I guess we can agree to disagree.
I feel really bad for Deanna and Jenni. They both made asses of themselves – Jenni by showing her diary, DeAnna by begging him on the couch. Sad.
lol
It goes with the territory, you sign up for a show like the Bachelor and an ass of yourself will be made, I just think it was good television, hehehe
I was screaming at the TV as well…don’t propose…it’s no big effing deal to say, “I want to see if this works in the real world…away from all the cameras”…but don’t just say good-bye all-together!!! He OBVIOUSLY has some serious commitment issues. Even though DeAnna did beg a little last night, he just contradicts himself SO much. “I will miss you more than you’ll ever know” & “I still think about you every day”…but “if I thought there was something there that we could have built upon, I wouldn’t have let you walk away that day”…it makes no sense. Grab dinner with the girl and go to a movie, it’s not like you have to marry her. What a douche-bag. I wanted to reach through the TV and slap him myself.
Doesn’t he know how this show works? He picks someone whether he wants to or not and dumps them a few weeks later. Then we are all “shocked” and he dates a super model a few months later.
And thank you for this post spicy. I’m glad to hear that someone else was as pissed off as I was.
Well said!
Sigh. The way Brad acted was very disappointing. And I feel bad for Deanna more than Jenni because she was strung along all the way up to the very last show, where she was rejected a second time.
If Brad didn’t fall in love with both girls, then it was right for him to be honest about it. However, he never showed any doubts to either of them.. in fact, throughout the whole show he continued leading both of them on… especially Deanna. I can totally understand why she would be upset and angry. Both girls were played.. but I’m happy to hear that at least Jenni moved on and found happiness.
