Nick Hogan’s license has been suspended for one year by Florida police three months after the accident that left his best friend in a vegetative state.
Hogan has been called a menace on the road by officials in Tampa. And it’s about time! Hogan has had numerous speeding incidents and tickets. And it took a near fatal accident for officials to take notice. I mean, what the hell! Anyhow I won’t rant because you all know how I feel about this.
Ann Nucatola, spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, says, “We have the ability to suspend someone’s license if we believe what they could be convicted of is a potential danger should this person remain on the road. We’ve deemed him dangerous to the general public on the road.”
Nick has also been ordered to pay a fine (amount unknown) or have his license suspended indefinitely. Let’s hope it’s a hefty one, and not some piddly $1K fine.
At least the little shit is off the road. It’ll give him time to hang with his buddy in the hospital.

About time the authorities did the right thing instead of bending the whole celebrity justice arm of the law. The sad part about this whole thing is that Nick is just far too fucking clueless to have done something meaningful with his life. He could be a punk-ass frat boy, but in order to get to college, you have to pass high school.
