The latest news on the Hogan family is that the divorce between Hulk and Linda Hogan may all be a farce.
The Hogan’s are hoping to hold on to whatever assets they have in preparation for the upcoming civil suit to be filed by John Graziano’s family.
The attorney for an accident victim’s John Graziano’s family doubts reasons for the Hogan/Bollea split.
The pending divorce between Hulk Hogan, aka Terry and wife Linda Bollea could serve as a strategic asset protection move in a civil suit over the tragic and negligent accident that critically injured a young man riding with their son Nick.
The St. Petersburg Times reports this is the opinion of Kimberley Kohn, a Tampa attorney who represents Ed Graziano, the father of injured passenger John Graziano.Kohn said Monday a divorce could be one step the Bolleas could take to try to protect assets by essentially halving them.
The St. Petersburg Times reports that “if the Supra and the Viper are not registered to both parents, it could be harder to go after Mrs. Bollea individually”, Kohn said. “The mother’s degree of control over who used the vehicles would have to be determined.”
The divorce is not expected to impede the filing of a civil suit by Graziano’s family. Kohn said she would proceed with a civil suit as if the couple were married.
The normal precedent is to wait six months after a crash to see if the injured person has reached maximum medical improvement, Kohn said. Then a life planner will determine the cost of the person’s future needs.
The agreement to have an independent guardian for John Graziano’s assets has assuaged Ed Graziano’s concerns about handling of a potential civil suit, Kohn said.
This is exactly what is WRONG with this family! Instead of a divorce maybe they should make little prick Nick get a f***king job and prepare to PAY!

Absolutely they should pay! SLEEAAZZYY! At 1st I was suspicious that the divorce was to get people to watch their lame reality show, but then I thought how are they going to approach the whole Nick accident issue. This way they can blow right over that & focus on the family break up AND avoid paying a higher amount in damages for the accident victim.
The show should be boycotted, and dealt with in the manner of what happened to Dog the Bounty Hunter.

If this accident happened between “real” friends, there would be no speak of a lawsuit. When I was 17 & if ever got in a car accident, my family would have NEVER sued the family. BUT because of the family, these jackals are looking for a quick buck. I bet Nick actually thought this guy was his true friend. Too bad that as a celebrity, you cannot have any new “true” friends. Whether the divorce is real or not, its sad that this parasite needs to seek more meat from the family. IF he is TRULY hurt, then yes, Hogan family should pay. But if he leaves the hospital able to think and earn…then DROP IT!!! Class envy, brought on by “people” (and I use that term loosely) by Hillary Clinton, et. al is slowly putting citizen vs. citizen. If you’re not earning what you want, then get off your butt & do something about it. Quit crying “victim”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
