Britney Spears has been banned from West Hollywood nightclub Winston’s after having put up with her bizarre antics and behavior for some time.

Life & Style magazine reported that the last straw was when Britney insisted she swap outfits with a bartender on Halloween. A source adds that Britney also has a major crush on the club’s manager, Harold Karsenty, who is apparently quite a looker.

New York Daily News asked local hot spots what it would take to get someone banned from their club.

Room Service: “If Britney repeatedly left the door open while going to the bathroom, that would be a problem for us,” says club owner Mike Romer. “Everyone has seen it, but well, no one needs another look. Keep it to yourself, Brit.” And Romer says that goes for just about everyone. Lock it up guys!

Brother Jimmys: A few of the things that will get you dissed from this BBQ-lovin’, sports-viewing party joint include “showing up with a popped collar and sunglasses at night, having sex in the bathroom, peeing all over the bar and stalking a waiter or a waitress,” according to owner Josh Lebowitz.

ONE Little West Twelfth: “Obviously, anything illegal would get someone kicked out. However, the strangest thing that I ever encountered was when two patrons tried getting frisky in the elevator, while another handicap patron was trying to get from the bottom floor to the main dining room,” says general manager Ryan Tarantino.

Home and Guest House: “If she were disrespectful to my staff, I would have to kick her out. My staff works hard everyday and deserve to be treated well,” says owner Jon B.

Johnny Utah’s: At midtown’s new mechanical bull-riding bar, a style flaw could get you evicted. “Wearing a turtleneck while riding our bull could constitute a ban,” says owner Bobby Rossi. “But so could a dude going topless on the bull, or ordering a Sex on the Beach at our bar!”

Tenjune: “Any guest that is rude to staff or other guests … acts illegally, or just brings a bad energy to the venue is someone that is not welcome back,” says owner Eugene Remm.
