The internet is abuzz with allegations that Amy Winehouse has been arrested in the UK for ‘perverting justice’.

This is true, however, she has not been charged with anything and is only being brought in for questioning regarding her husband’s case in which he was charged with tampering with a witness.

It is merely procedure in the UK to be officially arrested before being questioned. The arrest was made ‘by appointment’ in London today. So this was all planned ahead of time folks.

If they keep her – that’s when the plot would thicken. But until then, nothing to get too excited about. I’ll keep you updated..
