Mischa Barton Was Smoking, Drinking and Popping Pills

The night of Mischa Barton‘s arrest she had been drinking, smoking pot and had possession of prescription drugs that were not hers.

TMZ is reporting that Mischa blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test.

Girlfriend must have been pretty buzzed, as you know how smoking some good reefer after drinking a bit can send your ass into a tailspin. Heh. I was wrong though on guessing that she would have a little coke on her too..

It’s been said before and you’ll hear it over and over again. HIRE A F**KING DRIVER you millionaire morons! I mean geeze, I would love to have a driver tote my drunk ass around and never have to worry about getting a DUI…if only I could afford it!
