That description sounds suspiciously like a panic attack. Racing heart, dizziness, the fear that the world is crashing in on you, fear that you (or in this case, your baby) is in danger, those are all panic attack symptoms.

Panic attacks are not pleasant to endure, and even worse when you’re knocked up. I hope for Nicole’s sake that this doesn’t become a pattern. Living with panic/anxiety disorder is the pits.
