Wow. Major drama in the Spears household.
Thursday night at approximately 8PM, police were called to Britney’s residence after she refused to turn the children over to Federline’s bodyguard. The children were legally in Britney’s custody until 7PM and thereafter to be in Federline’s care. However Britney didn’t want to play the game…again.
Britney’s soon-to-be ex-attorney Sorrell Trope told US magazine, “In a normal case when someone shows up with a certified court order saying the kids need to be somewhere else, the police see to it that the order is obeyed. But that is in a normal case.”
LAPD was called to the residence and have confirmed that it’s a “family custody dispute.”
TMZ is reporting that there are several police cars, fire trucks, an ambulance and a police chopper surrounding the area! What the hell is going on in there? Those poor babies.
The latest is that Britney is absolutely refusing to hand them over. The police are there trying to resolve the situation.

UPDATE: The boys were returned to Kevin just before 11:00PM. The police stated that Britney was “under the influence of an unknown substance.”

Wow. At first Britneys craziness was funny, and now it is just sad. She is obviously falling rapidly apart and the kids will be the ones who really get hurt. It sounds like people have been trying to help her but she is either unwilling or unable to get better. I don’t even really care so much about her recovery, but the kids being shuttled between absolute insanity at mommies and then to Kfeds house can’t be healthy. They will be joining Michel Jacksons purported offspring in man years of therapy.
