After returning home from the hospital Saturday, Britney Spears somehow managed to sneak out without being detected and surfaced Sunday in Palm Desert.
(Funny how she can never seem to avoid paps normally)
Britney was accompanied by her paparazzi friend, Adnan Ghalib, and the two were spotted at a restaurant at 10am. Britney ordered a mimosa (a champagne and OJ cocktail) and was said to be in good spirits. The restaurant’s manager said, “She seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with.”
