New reports are coming in that a rolled up $20 bill with a white narcotic powder on it were found in the apartment where Heath Ledger died.

According to a police report, several small baggies of an unknown substance were also found in the residence. It is in the process of being lab tested. It is unknown at this point if Ledger had ingested the substance.

Today’s autopsy on Ledger turned up inconclusive but more testing is to follow. Results can take 10 days to two weeks.

Anti-anxiety drugs Valium and Zoloft, as well as sleeping medication Ambien were all found near the actor at the time of death.

Ledger’s publicist, Mara Buxbaum has released the following statement,

“We are all deeply saddened and shocked by this accident. This is an extremely difficult time for his loved ones and we are asking the media to please respect the family’s privacy and avoid speculation until the facts are known.”

UPDATE:

  • Police say the rolled up $20 bill that was found has tested negative for narcotics. It’s still not known what substance was in the small packets that were found.
