Joel Madden has gone soft since becoming a daddy to baby Harlow Winter Kate Madden.
The first time father can’t help but gush about his new daughter on his DCMA website. He claims to know a whole new love with his child and feels he and Nicole are incredibly lucky parents.

Joel has gone soft? When exactly was he “hard”? His music is anything but rock, and I’m not an purist in the least, but to intimate his is anything more than what it is, teeny-bop, passing for rock, tripe, is well, “soft”.
Great they are enjoying parenthood…hopefully it will be for real and not a plaything, i.e., like a lot of real life folks, that is where their responsibility lies now. Sure, you need to make that living but indulging in the seedier aspects of their chosen professions (well, he has one, her? Not so much.) would be ill advised. No need for sainthood, just sanity.
