18-year-old Barron Hilton was arrested for DUI in Malibu this morning.
Barron apparently snuck out of his parent’s home without telling anyone and was out all night long.
He was arrested at 8:30am this morning at a 76 gas station after running his car into an employee who was working there. The employee says the vehicle was driving crazy before it hit him and was involved in a minor crash just before.
Police say drugs were not involved, but he did blow a .14, which is a considerably high BAC.
Rick Hilton released the following statement to the media, “I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”
He is currently being held on $5,000 $20,000 bail!
They say that he called big sister Paris first, to see if she would bail him out and she refused! So Barron called on some friends who showed up with $2,000, thinking they only had to pay 10% to bail him out - but that is if you are a Bail Bondsman!
The kids set out to find a Bail Bondsman and eventually did, as Barron was released at 5:50pm PST.

Good thing he released a statement to the media telling everyone that he wouldnt be releasing a statement in the media….otherwise we might all be waiting around to hear what he doesnt have to say… @@….just in case anybody actually cares of course.
