Before Amy Winehouse went live on the Grammy’s last week, producers decided that the American audience may be offended by the nude pin-up girl tattoo on her arm. Cuz you know, we are such prudes when it comes to our television. (Nipplegate, anyone?)
So they actually drew on a bikini top -with Amy’s eyeliner - to cover the breasts on the tattoo.
(And only to have Jane Fonda say c*nt on live television a few days later. Heh - How’s that for ironic.)
Amy washed the eyeliner off her arm soon after the performance.
