To me, they look a bit on the implant-ish side and I wonder if she had a job after or just prior or sometime around her pregnancy and she used her pregnancy to mask the sudden 'growth' spurt of her boobs? I actually thought this from the moment I saw her post-pregnancy...I think her boobs look like the shape of those who have had implants...
