Amanda and Allison of BB9
After losing a challenge and being assigned to eat only ’slop’ for a week, two contestants on Big Brother 9 became seriously ill.
Amanda and Allison both were taken to the hospital after having reactions to the food mixture that is supposedly ‘packed with nutrients’. The women had very different reactions but both were quite serious.
Amanda is hypoglycemic and said she wasn’t feeling well. She muttered, “Oh, I need some sugar,” then fell face first on the ground. Not helping the horse face any. “Giddy-up!” (Heh. If you watch the show - you get it.)
But not only did she pass out, she went into convulsions! At the same time, Allison was having a severe allergic reaction and her lips were swelling up like crazy. She later said, “My throat completely closed. I had an allergic reaction.”
