Britney Spears was involved in a minor fender bender on Saturday that involved three vehicles.
Britney was driving northbound on the 405 connector to the 101 freeway when she rear ended a Nissan at a low rate of speed, which, in turn, also hit the car in front of it.
Statement from the accident report: “The collision occurred when the driver of the Mercedes, driving in the #3 lane, in stop and go traffic failed to observe the vehicle directly ahead of her come to a complete stop. She attempted to brake but failed to stop her vehicle prior to colliding into the rear of the Nissan [in front of her].”
The man who Britney hit says that he saw Britney applying makeup moments before the impact.
No injuries were initially reported but TMZ is saying that the guy in the Nissan has complained of a sore back Sunday.
Uh oh, I feel a lawsuit coming. That guy in the Nissan with his sore back needs a couple of $$$ to ease the pain. I would not be surprised if Britney really was applying make-up while driving. I thought she hired a driver?
Obviously he wasn’t paying attention either if he could see everything she was doing and wasn’t watching the road in front of him in traffic. Plus who calls the cops on little taps. So sounds like he did it just to sue. Sore back my ass.
