Philip Morris International, the original sponsor of the Grammy winner’s gig in Jakarta tonight, pulled down all its promotional billboards and posters after the singer spoke out against the tobacco company’s sponsorship of her show.

Keys was clued in to the company’s aggressive sponsorship—featuring the logo and slogans for the brand’s A Mild cigarettes—by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.

New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez wants his original pre-nupital agreement with wife Cynthia to stand in their divorce battle, the New York Daily News reports.

The 33-year-old, who is the highest-paid player in baseball with a $275 million contact, says in new papers being filed in Florida today that his marriage is “irretrievably broken” but he wants accusations he cheated to be removed from the court record.

Rodriguez argues that claims by his wife that he “emotionally abandoned his wife and children” and carried on “extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct” are “immaterial and impertinent and should be stricken.”

Cynthia is seeking to maintain her “high standard of living” through alimony and child support as well as their $12 million estate and “equitable distribution” of all assets.

Rodriguez’s filing states Cynthia is a “loving and nurturing mother” and he pledges to pay “reasonable and bona fide expenses” per a co-parenting agreement for daughters Natasha, 3, and Ella, 3 months.

Britney Spears’s restraining order against one-time pal Sam Lutfi may have been temporary, but their friendship is permanently over.

The pop star’s court-appointed attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, told the Associated Press that he will not seek to extend the restraining order in court on Thursday – because Spears has cut all ties with Lutfi anyway.

“Britney has made clear to everyone,” Ingham said, “that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future.”

Lutfi has been out of Spears’s life since February, when her father, Jamie, was granted legal control of her affairs as temporary conservator. (At the time, Britney’s mother, Lynne, accused Lutfi of drugging the singer.)

Lutfi, it seems, will abide by the Spears family’s wishes. He said in his own statement to the AP, “Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time.”

Ingham added that once Britney regains control of her life, she will continue to keep Lutfi out of it.

I am still stunned that Sam is as shady as he is!! Isn’t it amazing? You’re working for a successful, wealthy, world icon and you mistreat her? Jessica Simpson has revealed that a song written for her forthcoming country album is based on her own experience as a victim of abuse.

But the singer – who is currently dating Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo - refuses to go into detail about the painful memory.

When asked by the interviewer for Elle whether she has ever been physically abused, she replied, “I don’t want to talk about it, but I have definitely experienced abuse in a way that I would tell people to take their heart and run.”

In Remember That she sings, “It doesn’t matter how he hurts you / With his hands or with his words / You don’t deserve it / It ain’t worth it / Take your heart and run.”

Ryan Gosling made his deejay debut Tuesday night at Green Door lounge in Hollywood when ex-girlfriend Rachel McAdams showed up - not for the music, but to get her panty pudding flowing.

McAdams arrived later “supporting Ryan,” says a Gosling pal.

“They talked when he was away from the deejay stand,” says the friend. “They really looked like good pals. He seemed happy to see her.”

Spinning tunes from the ’40s and ’50s, Gosling, 27, was dressed from the era, sporting a white T, black pants and motorcycle jacket.

Along with McAdams other celebs on hand were Catherine Keener, Shane West and hockey ace Sean Avery, who chatted up an enamored Keener.

Once the live jazz band took the stage, Gosling mingled with friends and hung out on the patio.

Er, I hope Ryan didn’t just talk to friends without making booty call plans with Rachel. Girls just don’t show up to lame events if they don’t want a lil lovin’ to come out of it. I hope they hook up again. Ryan and Rachel are so talented and so cute together.
