If you get wasted and you THINK you have to drive home... get a hotel room for the night. It's a hell of a lot cheaper, and it doesn't stay on your record forever. What's the bigger hassle? Use your brains. I never thought Shia had a whole lot of common sense because he's a total Hollywood kid, he's all caught up in the scene, and all these chicks just throw themselves at him(I don't get that part at all). Little surprise that he's making some BAD judgement calls. Like trying to outrun the paparazzi. What a dork. BTW, anyone notice that it's Shark Week? Swim for the shore!! Heh heh.
