A 5.8 earthquake shook Southern California at 11:42 a.m. today.
It was reportedly felt from LA to San Diego, and even some people in Las Vegas felt it.
The quake was centered 29 miles east-southeast of downtown Los Angeles near Chino Hills in San Bernardino County.
“Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey said there were not immediate reports of damage or injury in Los Angeles. Buildings swayed in downtown Los Angeles for several seconds.”

We totally felt it in San Diego. Really strong and really loud… didn’t expect it at all. It was over for 10 minutes before anyone poped a head out or said anything. Just keep workin………
We are gonna be completely screwed when the big one hits. B/c no one will pay any attention until we are already dead. No one wants to be that douche who goes running out of the building or scattering under thier desk for jsut a plain old under 6-er.
I am up in the Seattle area and we get them too, although not as often. I hate those damn things. I am ‘that douche’ who goes running and scattering, lol.
