Did Petra Nemcova like her Cleopatra Halloween costume so much that she had her hair done in a similar fashion?

I think Petra looks dumpy, depressed and seems to be wondering where her next pint of Ben & Jerry’s chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream will be coming from.  Honestly, the entire ensemble is so bad that I hardly noticed the hair.

Although Petra generally has some sex appeal (even though I think she is as dumb as a rock) this time she has anything but.
