Britney Spears had a great night at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards show.
The pop princess took home three Moonman awards, including video of the year, for “Piece Of Me.”
Brit looked fab in a flashy silver dress and soft wavy hair, nothing like the trainwreck she was last year.
Her opening of the show was pretty uneventful, and the skit with Jonah Hill was pretty lame. So if you missed it, no worries, you didn’t miss a thing!
You think she got the standing O because she DIDN’T perform? Heh.
Seriously, she looks great here, just like the old Brit we all grew to love. I hope she stays on the Prozac, because it’s working. I see she’s with her on-again off-again back-on-again manager Larry Rudolph; he does a good job of propping her up. I’ll lift the exile for a little while just to see if she stays on the right track, and doesn’t fuck up this great second chance. I WILL drop the ax and cut out two real assholes; Sam Lufti and Lynne Spears. I don’t care if they both fall in a ditch and die, because they both sold Brit out in the worst way. I’m glad she stayed alive so these fuckers couldn’t capitalize on her death.
