By now I am sure you have heard about the young woman who claims she was attacked at an ATM machine by a man who was angered by the McCain bumper sticker on her car.

The story, according to police, has many inconsistencies, and has changed over the past couple of days.

Ashley Todd, of College Station, Texas, claims that a black man (of course) dressed all in black, attacked her at the bank, robbed her of $60, knocked her to the ground, sexually assaulted her and carved a (backwards) ‘B’ on her face.

Police spokeswoman, Diane Richard explained,

“She further stated that the male approached her from the back again and hit her in the back of her head with an object, she doesn’t know what the object was, causing her to fall to the ground where he continued to punch her and kick her and threaten to ‘teach her a lesson’ for being a McCain supporter,” Richard said.

“She also indicated she was sexually assaulted as well. She indicated that when he had her on the ground he put his hand up her blouse and started fondling her. But other than that, she says she doesn’t remember anything else. So we’re adding a sexual assault to this as well.”

Richard added that Todd refused medical attention at the time, claiming she would get to it later.

Police have issued Todd a polygraph test and it’s results have not yet been made public.

I, personally, think this woman is full of it. She wanted a little attention, and boy, did she get it. The story just doesn’t add up to me.

The backwards ‘B’ for example, makes no sense. Her attacker would have to be in a pretty bizarre position to carve it in her face that way, don’t you think? And it was such a nice B! Usually people struggle like crazy when someone is forcibly holding them down, if her story were true, that B would have been a sloppy, scratched up mess!

I hate to be so skeptical against someone who claims to have been sexually assaulted and attacked, but you know what? There are some crazy ass bitches out there. And I would only hope that the ones who falsely cry rape and such get what they deserve, because it just makes it that much harder to try the true cases.

What do you think? Is Ashley Todd a media whore – or a true victim?

The outcome of this story will certainly be interesting, one way or another.

UPDATE:

Yup. My gut instincts were right.

Ms. Todd is now admitting that she made up the entire story, and says that she “may have” carved the ‘B’ onto her own face while in her car..but she doesn’t remember.

Riiiiight.

Sadly, she has a history of mental problems but is still being charged with making a false report to police.
